The Mikazuki Japanese Resort & Spa Phase 2 project is located in the Xuan Thieu Tourist Area, Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Hoa Hiep Nam Ward (Lien Chieu District), Da Nang City. The project is invested by Mikazuki Group with a total investment of VND 3,900 billion.

The project is developed on a land area of 13 hectares, with a scale that includes a 15-story tower providing 139 hotel rooms and 14 resort villas, with a total construction floor area of 116,890 m².

The project officially commenced on November 18, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2027.
