The New Star Vietnam Inc Factory project is located at Lot XN11-A – Dai An Expanded Industrial Park, Hai Phong, and is invested by New Star Vietnam Co., Ltd with a total investment of USD 30 million.

The project is designed with an annual capacity of 40,000 ATVs/off-road motorcycles, 1,000 electric vehicles & golf carts, and 10,000 bicycles. It commenced on November 21, 2025, and is expected to be completed in Q4/2026.
