The Green Nestera Social Housing Project is located in Vinhomes Green City Urban Area, Nguyen Thi Hanh Street, Hau Nghia Town, Duc Hoa District, Tay Ninh Province. The project is invested by Thanh Pho Xanh Development Joint Stock Company, with MIK Group as the project developer.

The project is being developed on a 2-hectare site, consisting of 8 apartment buildings with 8 floors each, offering 1,467 social housing units with a total construction area of approximately 160,000 m².

The project officially broke ground on December 8, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
