The Ky Anh Wind Power Plant Project is located in Ky Xuan, Ky Anh, and Ky Khang communes, Ha Tinh Province, covering both onshore areas and near-shore coastal waters, and is developed by Vingroup with a total investment of approximately VND 17,051 billion (USD 647 million).

The project has a designed capacity of 400 MW, comprising approximately 47 wind turbines, each with a capacity ranging from 5 to 8.5 MW. The project utilizes about 5.5 hectares of land and approximately 825 hectares of near-shore sea area, with the objective of generating electricity from renewable energy and supplementing clean power sources for the national grid.

The project is scheduled to officially break ground in Q4 2026 (with a groundbreaking ceremony planned for December 19, 2025) and is expected to commence full operation in Q4 2028.
