The Housing Project for the People’s Public Security Forces at the C3 land plot, under the S3 Urban Subdivision Planning, is located in Son Dong Commune, Hanoi and is developed by Confitech Tay Ha Noi Joint Stock Company.

The project is developed on a land area of 52,000 square meters, comprising four apartment blocks, including one commercial block and three social housing blocks, providing a total of 1,539 apartments.

The project is scheduled to break ground on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028.
