The Housing project for the People’s Public Security armed forces is located at plots G1 and G3, Vinh Thanh Commune, Hanoi City. The project is invested in by Confitech Dong Ha Noi Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of VND 3.8 trillion.

The project is developed on a land area of 19,312 m², with a building density of 50%, comprising three 24-storey buildings. It is expected to provide 2,100 apartments, including 1,748 social housing units and 352 commercial housing units.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held on December 19, 2025, and the project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028.
