The Happy Home Pho Hien Social Housing Project is located in Pho Hien Ward, Hung Yen Province and is invested in by Vingroup, with a total investment of VND 6 trillion.

The project broke ground on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2030.

The project is developed on a land area of 31 hectares, including:

• 7 hectares for social housing apartment buildings, comprising 25 buildings with 9 above-ground floors and 1 basement, providing 4,400 apartments.
• 1 hectares for commercial-sale social housing townhouses, with a 4-storey design.
