The Social Housing Project in the Administrative and Residential Area of Long Chau Ward, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long Province, is invested in by Phu Cuong Investment Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of VND 614 billion.

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 5,800 m², comprising one 15-storey building, and is expected to provide 449 social housing apartments for workers and policy beneficiaries.

The project broke ground on December 19, 2025, and is scheduled for completion in 2027.
