The Rivea Hanoi Integrated Residential, Office, Commercial and School Complex Project is located in Vinh Hung Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi, and is invested in by Tan A Dai Thanh Group Real Estate Joint Stock Company – Meyland (MEYGROUP).

The project is developed on a land area of 29,853 m², comprising three sub-zones: high-rise, low-rise, and school, fully meeting residential, educational, and commercial functions. The high-rise sub-zone, Rivea Residences, features twin towers with 35 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels, providing 618 apartments.

The project broke ground on December 16, 2025, and is expected to be completed in Q1 2029.
