The Tonly Smart Electronic Equipment Manufacturing Plant Project is located at Lot CN-07, Dong Mai Industrial Park, Dong Mai Ward, Quang Ninh Province, and is invested in by Tonly Vietnam Smart Electronics Company Limited, with a total investment of VND 1,763 billion (approximately USD 70 million).

The project is developed on a land area of 40,000 m² and is the fourth factory of Tonly in Dong Mai Industrial Park. The plant will manufacture virtual reality (VR) accessories, controllers, smartwatches, cameras, components, auxiliary parts, and other high-tech products, with a designed capacity of 19 million products per year.

Dự án được khởi công vào ngày 19/12/2025 và dự kiến hoàn thành vào cuối năm 2027.
