The Vietnam Power No.1 Wind Power Plant Project is located in Thuan Nam Commune and Ca Na Commune, Khanh Hoa Province, and is invested in by GCL Palatial Wind Power Co., Ltd. (Ninh Thuan).

The project is in the field of renewable energy – wind power, with a designed capacity of 30 MW. The project held its groundbreaking ceremony on December 23, 2025, and the completion timeline has not yet been announced.
