The LiveSpo Pharma Factory Project (Phase 1) is located at Lot CN-01.3, Industrial Park No. 05, Quang Lang Commune, An Thi District, Hung Yen Province. The project is invested in by LiveSpo Pharma Company Limited, with a total investment capital of VND 300 billion.

The project focuses on the construction of a manufacturing facility for spore-based probiotic products serving healthcare applications. It is developed on a land area of 15,869 square meters and includes the following main components: Main production factory, Warehouse and cold storage facilities and Operations office building and auxiliary production facilities

The factory is designed in compliance with GMP standards and developed in accordance with EDGE green building criteria (Level 2), emphasizing sustainability and efficient resource utilization.

The project officially broke ground on December 16, 2025, and is expected to commence operations in 2027.
