On the morning of July 31, 2025, the topping-out ceremony of The Opus One — the final landmark development within Vinhomes Grand Park — took place in a solemn and celebratory atmosphere, marking a major milestone in the journey of creating a world-class living icon in the heart of East Ho Chi Minh City.

Located in Thu Duc City (HCMC), The Opus One – Vinhomes Grand Park is being developed on a 2.3-hectare plot with a low construction density (~38–40%). The project features four towers (OP1, OP2, OP3, and OP4), each rising from 32 to 35 stories and designed in a Z-shaped layout to optimize apartment views. It is set to provide approximately 1,952–2,000 apartments and 56 shophouses at the podium level.

Officially breaking ground on February 25, 2024, the project completed its structural phase after just 17 months of construction — 20 days ahead of schedule. Handover is expected in Q1 2026.
