The “Da Nang Downtown” project – a commercial and service complex combined with a recreational park – is located in Hoa Cuong Ward at the heart of Da Nang City along the Han River, approximately 4 km from both Da Nang International Airport and My Khe Beach.

A key highlight of the master plan is a 70-story mixed-use tower situated on a 1.6-hectare plot, envisioned as a new symbol of the city. The tower will feature high-end serviced apartments, 4- to 5-star hotels, a shopping mall, and an art exhibition space.

The 5-story podium will house a retail and exhibition center, while the basement levels will connect various functional areas.

Once completed—expected by 2035—Da Nang Downtown’s 70-story tower will become the tallest building in Central Vietnam.
