Lumière Midtown is located at Lot CT7, fronting Lien Phuong Street, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City (now part of Binh Trung Ward and An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City). The project is part of the 117-hectare master-planned township The Global City, developed by Masterise Group.

The development features two towers ranging from 23 to 27 floors, comprising a total of 808 apartments. It spans a land area of approximately 1.4 hectares, with a construction density of around 50%.

Lumière Midtown is regarded as one of the most premium and visually stunning zones within The Global City, boasting high-end architectural design — highlighted by panoramic glass facades inspired by New York and biophilic layouts that maximize natural light and greenery. The project is equipped with a full range of modern internal and external amenities.

It was officially launched in May 2025 and is expected to be handed over in 2027
