Developed by Đất Xanh Group (via its subsidiary Hà An), The Privé is located in the Nam Rach Chiec urban area (Binh Trung and An Khanh Wards), Ho Chi Minh City. With three sides surrounded by the Giong Ong To River, the project forms a semi-isolated peninsula, likened to a “miniature Ha Long Bay” in the heart of Saigon.

The project spans a land area of approximately 6.7 hectares, with a low construction density of only 25–31%, comprising 12 towers ranging from 32 to 35 floors, and offering a total of around 3,175 apartments.

Inspired by the “Leafscape” design philosophy, the architecture incorporates abundant greenery flowing between towers, creating the feel of a secluded oasis. Premium amenities include a large salt-electrolysis swimming pool of about 3,000 m² meeting 5–6 star resort standards, a private marina, sky gardens, club house, gym, spa, meditation garden, BBQ areas, children’s playgrounds, and more.

Construction officially commenced in Q1/2025, and the project is currently in the technical foundation stage in preparation for above-ground works. The Privé is expected to be handed over in Q3/2027, with luxury interior finishes matching the standards of a premium-class residence.
