The Lam Son Riverside Social Housing Project, located adjacent to Hung Vuong Boulevard in Nam Ngan Ward (now Ham Rong Ward), Thanh Hoa City, officially broke ground on July 16, 2025. The project is developed by a consortium comprising Viet Incons JSC, Vinaconex 21 JSC, and Hanoi Investment & Trading JSC (Hanimex).

The development covers a 2.8-hectare site, featuring four 25-storey apartment buildings (divided into Zones A and B) with a construction density of 30%. It will provide a total of 2,400 apartments. The master plan dedicates over 5,100 m² to community amenities such as sports courts, walking paths, and a swimming pool, offering shared spaces for residents.

According to the construction schedule:

• Zone A with 1,232 apartments is expected to be handed over by late 2026.
• Zone B with 1,144 apartments is scheduled for delivery in Q3 2027.
