On the morning of August 16, 2025, TD Group, together with its partner Champton Company, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Night Square Project.

Night Square is a modern complex of entertainment, hospitality, and office facilities, with a total investment of over VND 700 billion, developed on a site of nearly 2 hectares. The project includes: three high-rise towers (12–15 floors) comprising office space, serviced apartments, and a 4-star hotel; more than 20 adjacent shophouses for retail, dining, and entertainment; and a central plaza with landscaped greenery, an artistic fountain, and a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system for outdoor performances.

Developed under the “Night-Time Economy” model, Night Square will operate from evening until early morning, aiming to become a new highlight in services, entertainment, and commerce in Hai Phong City.

The project is expected to be completed within 18–24 months.
