On August 22, 2025, Hai Hanh Trading & Service JSC officially broke ground on the Commercial – Service – Hospitality Complex Project located on the key arterial road Nguyen Tri Phuong, Hoa Cuong Ward, Da Nang City.

The project is developed on a land area of 9,991.8 m², featuring 18 above-ground floors and 2 basements, with a total floor area of over 86,000 m². It will include nearly 8,000 m² of commercial center space and 627 officetel units with integrated lodging functions.

As one of the city’s large-scale mixed-use developments, the project stands out with its multi-functional nature—combining retail, services, officetel, and hospitality facilities. It is expected to become a new landmark in central Da Nang.

The project is scheduled for construction within approximately 24 months.
