Phase 2 of the Mikazuki Resort Da Nang project is invested by Mikazuki Group (Japan), located on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City. The project is developed on a land area of 116,890 m² (covering the entire resort complex).

This phase is planned to expand with additional facilities including resort and hotel components, a water park, and premium entertainment areas, along with 5-star international-standard accommodation. The total investment capital is estimated at nearly VND 2,000 billion.

Construction is scheduled to commence in Q4/2025 and be completed by Q4/2026.
