The Medical – Education – Premium Residential Complex Project, located at Lot B3, Nam Tran Thi Ly Bridge Urban Area, My An Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang, officially broke ground on the afternoon of August 29, 2025. The project is developed by Thinh An Khang Co., Ltd. with a total investment of over VND 1,118 billion.

The complex is designed with three primary functions: medical services, medical training, and high-quality housing. It will be implemented in three phases and is expected to be completed by 2028.

The project covers a land area of 21,311 m², divided as follows:

• Commercial and service land for medical–education blocks: 12,311 m², comprising three 6-storey buildings: a Teaching Hospital, a Medical Residence (130 rooms), and a Training Center.
• Residential land: 9,000 m² with a 40% construction density, featuring two 29-storey premium apartment towers, providing 640 units.
