On August 28, 2025, the Trường Hải Auto Corporation (THACO) officially broke ground on its next-generation industrial park project, designed to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) and green technology, with a total investment of nearly VND 8,000 billion.

The project is part of THACO’s mechanical and electronics supply chain, contributing to the development of a technology ecosystem between Chu Lai and the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park. It aligns with the vision of positioning Da Nang as a national hub for high technology under the master plan toward 2030–2050. The industrial park is characterized by automation, smart operations, sustainability, and the integration of digital and AI technologies.

The project is planned on a 115-hectare site and will feature key facilities such as:

• A smart electronic components and equipment manufacturing plant.
• An automation manufacturing facility producing robots, AGVs, AMRs, 3D printers, and CNC machinery.
• Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), EV charging stations, and high-speed/urban railway control systems.
• A closed-loop production process meeting international standards.
