The Fivitel Nam Hoi An Hotel and Fivires Nam Hoi An Resort complex, located within the Nam Hoi An City Tourism Urban Area, Da Nang, officially broke ground on September 3, 2025. The project is invested and developed by FVG Group.

This development is envisioned to become a new destination along the Hoi An – My Son – Dong Giang Heaven’s Gate Heritage Route, serving as a catalyst for tourism growth on this route during the 2025–2030 period. The complex is expected to be operational by late 2026.

With a total investment of VND 750 billion, the project comprises:

• Fivitel Nam Hoi An Hotel – a 4-star, 12-story hotel offering 240 guest rooms.
• Fivires Nam Hoi An Resort – a 5-star resort featuring 140 units, including villas and premium commercial services.
