The New Century Bay Da Nang ProjectDự án nhà ở cho lực lượng Công an nhân dân tọa lạc tại ô đất quy hoạch ký hiệu 3-2 và 3-4, phân khu đô thị N9, xã Đông Anh, TP Hà Nội do Công ty Cổ phần Thái Nam Land làm Chủ đầu tư, với tổng mức đầu tư khoảng 7.000 tỷ đồng (~280 triệu USD). Song Thanh Group (a member of Tan Hiep Phat Group), is located on Lot A1, Ngo Quyen Street, Son Tra District, Da Nang City, right at the foot of the Han River Bridge, with a total investment of VND 5,000 billion.

The project is planned on a land area of 1,836 m², featuring two towers rising 51 floors with a total gross floor area of 140,000 m², delivering 2,000 condotel units. Designed by KORN Architects, New Century Bay is envisioned as a new iconic condotel development in Da Nang, poised to become a premier hub for luxury hospitality and commercial services in the city.

The project has completed its core legal procedures, with planning approval secured, and is currently in the investment promotion stage, scheduled for development during 2025–2026.
