The Phuc Dat Tan Uyen High-Rise Social Housing Project is located in Tan Hiep Ward, Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong Province (now part of Ho Chi Minh City). The project is developed by Phuc Dat Production & Trading Co., Ltd. with a total investment of approximately VND 1,300 billion.

The project covers a land area of over 1.1 hectares, featuring three towers with 18 floors above ground and one basement, providing 936 social housing apartments and 39 commercial shophouses, with a total floor area of 76,000 sqm. In addition, the development includes amenities such as a community center, swimming pool, kindergarten, park, parking facilities, and retail services on the ground floor.

Construction commenced in Q3/2025 and handover is expected in Q3/2027.
