On September 16, 2025, the CapitaLand SEA Logistics Fund (CSLF), managed by CapitaLand Investment, officially broke ground on the Avatar Vietnam project – its first ready-built factories development at Song Khoai Industrial Park (Amata City Ha Long), Quang Ninh, with a total investment of USD 23.3 million.

The project will be developed on a land area of approximately 6.4 hectares, comprising 3 zones with a total of 8 factories and supporting facilities. Avatar Vietnam is expected to generate employment, attract high-quality investment to Quang Ninh, and strengthen the region’s industrial infrastructure capacity.

The first zone is scheduled for handover by the end of 2025, while the entire project is expected to be fully operational from January 2027.
