The Symlife – Symphony of Life project is located on Binh Duong Boulevard (National Highway 13), Vinh Phu Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province (now part of Ho Chi Minh City). It is developed by Nam Hiep Thanh Binh Duong Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.

The project is built on a land area of approximately 7,028 m² with a construction density of 45%. It consists of one tower with 27 above-ground floors and one basement, offering 659 apartments and shophouses.

Construction commenced in Q2 2025, with completion and handover expected in Q3 2027.
