The iD Town – Commercial-Standard Social Housing Project, located within the iD Junction Urban Area on Pham Van Dong Street, Long Thanh Town, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province, is developed by Long Thanh Riverside Joint Stock Company.

Phase 1 of the project is planned on a land area of approximately 25,274.40 m², with a construction density of 35%. The development comprises four 7-storey social housing blocks, with no basement levels, providing a total construction floor area of 47,065 m² and 628 apartments.

Construction officially commenced in Q2/2025 and the project is expected to be handed over in Q4/2026.
