The development covers a land area of 6,466 m² with a construction density of 42%. It comprises two towers of 21 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, delivering a total of 494 apartments. The project features a modern design blended with neo-classical and Singaporean influences, integrated with premium amenities and scenic views of surrounding parks, lakes, and green spaces.

Construction commenced on September 22, 2025, and the project is expected to be completed in Q1/2028.
