The Saigon – Da Nang 5-Star Hotel, located at 07 Dong Da Street, Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang City, is developed by Saigontourist Group with a total investment of approximately VND 800 billion.

The project covers a land area of 3,481 m², featuring 23 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, with a gross floor area of 31,506 m². It will offer luxurious guestrooms, fine-dining restaurants, modern conference facilities, entertainment and gaming areas, a swimming pool, premium event spaces, and other amenities built to international 5-star standards.

Groundbreaking took place in July 2025, with official construction commencing in September 2025. The hotel is expected to be operational by Q3/2028.
