The Polaris Hotel Da Nang, located at 280 Vo Nguyen Giap, Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang City, is designed by Ho Khue Architects (ALPES) and developed by Tan Thuy Da Nang Co., Ltd.. The project officially broke ground in Q1/2025 after nearly two years of design development.

The hotel sits on a 1,170 m² land plot, featuring 25 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels, with a total of 181 guest rooms. Positioned along the scenic Da Nang coastline, the Polaris Hotel is expected to become one of the city’s most remarkable hospitality landmarks.

The project is scheduled to be operational in early 2027.
