The Xuân Hội Marine Ecotourism Resort is located in Đan Hải Commune, Đồng Luông Area, Nghi Xuân District, Hà Tĩnh Province. The project is developed by Xuân Hội Investment Joint Stock Company, a member of Hacom Holdings Group, with a total investment of approximately VND 3,973 billion.

Covering a land area of 92.33 hectares, the project is master-planned as a high-end tourism and resort complex, featuring key components such as:

• A 5-star hotel/resort with around 600 rooms
• Premium lakeside resort villas
• A beachfront commercial – service – dining street, with pedestrian walkways connecting various zones, food streets, and shopping areas
• A marina, beachfront square, themed parks, beach area, and expansive green and water spaces

The project officially broke ground on the morning of September 23, 2025, in Đan Hải Commune. The expected completion timeline has not yet been announced.
