On September 27, 2025, Đồng Nai Province, in collaboration with investors, held the groundbreaking ceremony for seven social housing projects across the province. These projects are expected to supply the market with approximately 7,000 social housing apartments and are scheduled for completion within 24–30 months of construction.

1. Social Housing Apartment Complex on a 3.7-hectare site, Phước An Commune: delivering 1,500 units, invested by Hanoi Construction Corporation – JSC (HANCO) with a total investment of over VND 1,200 billion.
2. Social Housing Apartment Complex on a 2.1-hectare site, Phước An Commune: delivering 1,800 units, invested by Hanoi Construction Corporation – JSC (HANCO) with a total investment of over VND 1,000 billion.
3. CHC1 and CHC2 Social Housing Complex, Phước Tân Ward: covering 1.6 hectares, consisting of two 12-story apartment blocks, invested by Him Lam Corporation with a total investment of VND 722 billion.
4. Social Housing Project, Tam Hiệp Ward: covering 0.64 hectares, including one 18-story tower with a basement, delivering 520 units, invested by the joint venture of Đồng Nai Housing and Urban Development Investment Co., Ltd. and Đồng Nai Housing Business JSC, with a total investment of VND 650 billion.
5. Social Housing Project on a 3.5-hectare site, Trảng Bom Commune: comprising apartment blocks of 5–6 stories, delivering 950 units, invested by the joint venture of Khang Nam Real Estate & Environmental Construction Group JSC and Viet Quang Construction No. 1 JSC, with a total investment of VND 733 billion.
6. Social Housing Project, Tân Triều Ward: delivering 970 units, invested by Him Lam Corporation with a total investment of VND 1,300 billion.
7. Social Housing Project on a 2.85-hectare site, Hố Nai Ward: details on technical specifications are not yet available.
