The Nhon Trach Chemical Plant project is located in Nhon Trach 6 Industrial Park, Phuoc An Commune, Dong Nai Province. The development is invested by Southern Basic Chemicals JSC (HCCB) – a member of Vinachem – with a total investment capital of VND 1,840 billion.

The project is implemented on a land area of 18 hectares, with its main production lines including caustic soda–chlorine, sulfuric acid, chlorine-based products, and specialized chemicals for industries such as electronics, semiconductors, and energy. Once operational, the plant is expected to supply nearly 308,000 tons of products per year.

Construction commenced on September 24, 2025, and the project is expected to be completed in 2031, with an overall implementation timeline of six years.
