The Laguna Heyner Dormitory Project is located on a service land lot within the An Phat 1 Industrial Park, Tran Phu Commune, Hai Phong City. It is invested by Biel Crystal Technology Manufacturing Co., Ltd., with a total investment capital of VND 2,215 billion.

The project covers a land area of 31,601 m² and includes 5 dormitory buildings, each 20 stories high, providing 4,360 housing units for workers.

Phase 1 of the project commenced on September 27, 2025, on a land area of 13,325 m², with an investment capital of VND 701 billion. This phase is expected to be completed within 36 months of construction.
