The BW Que Vo 2 Industrial Hub — a ready-built factory and warehouse complex for lease — is located in Que Vo District, Bac Ninh Province. The project is developed by BW Industrial Development JSC (BW) with a total investment of USD 127 million.

The project spans a land area of approximately 9.4 hectares, featuring a total gross floor area of about 59,000 m² of single-story ready-built factories. Construction officially commenced in September 2025, and the project is expected to be operational by Q1 2026.
