The Sun Neo City project is located in the Hoa Xuan Urban Expansion Area, at the intersection of Nguyen Phuoc Lan Street and 29/3 Street, Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District, Da Nang, and is developed by Sun Group.

The project consists of two towers with 22 above-ground floors and three basement levels, offering a total of 1,281 apartments, with a podium integrating shophouses. Sun Neo City was officially launched in September 2025 and is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2027.
