The project covers a land area of 1.65 hectares, featuring two residential towers of 27 above-ground floors plus a technical penthouse floor, providing 1,211 apartments. It also integrates a ground-floor commercial podium (shophouses) and a wide range of on-site amenities such as a kindergarten and parking facilities, with a total gross floor area of 186,232 square meters.

Construction commenced on September 30, 2025, with completion expected in 2028.
