The Muong Thanh Airport Pedestrian Street & New Urban Area project is located in Dien Bien Phu Ward (formerly Thanh Truong Ward), Dien Bien Phu City, Dien Bien Province, and is developed by Duc Hai Dien Bien Co., Ltd. with a total investment of nearly VND 700 billion.

The project covers a land area of approximately 7.6 hectares, including the following components:

• Social housing land: over 5,000 m²
• Adjacent townhouse land: over 20,000 m², comprising around 189 units (4 floors each)
• Public facilities, green spaces, and parks

Construction is scheduled to commence on September 30, 2025, with townhouse units expected for handover in Q4 2026.
