The Hong Phuc Office Building is located at 23–29 Dien Bien Phu Street, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is privately invested and constructed by An Phu Long Construction Company.

Developed on a 460 m² site, the building will feature 14 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels. This significant project marks a new milestone, promising to create a modern, high-quality workspace that contributes to the city’s urban development.

Construction officially commenced on September 29, 2025, and the building is expected to be operational by the end of 2026.
