Regal Residence Dong Hoi is a luxury apartment complex within the Regal Legend mega-urban area, located on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Bao Ninh Peninsula, Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh Province. The project is developed by Regal Group (formerly Dat Xanh Mien Trung) with a total investment of approximately VND 5,000 billion.

The project covers a land area of 23,482 square meters and includes four 40-story apartment towers — Luxury Tower, Signature Tower, and the twin Legacy Towers — along with a 30-story Novotel Residence Tower, providing a total of 3,306 apartments.

The project will be developed and handed over in phases as follows:

• Luxury Tower: expected handover in Q4/2027
• Signature Tower: expected handover in Q1/2028
• Legacy Twin Towers: expected handover in 2030
• Novotel Residence Tower: handover timeline yet to be announced
