The Uppingham Vietnam International School is located in Long Hung Commune, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, jointly developed by Viet Capital Asset Management (VCAM) and Uppingham School (UK), with a total investment of approximately VND 2,000 billion.

The Uppingham Vietnam (USV) project is designed as a comprehensive K–12 international school, covering an area of 6.7 hectares, and equipped with modern facilities including classrooms, dormitories, music rooms, a theater, sports center, and medical center.

In its initial phase, the school will accommodate around 1,900 students, including 300 boarding students, and is expected to commence operations in the 2027–2028 academic year.
