The Ambience is located on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Kenh Duong Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City, and is developed by Gamuda Land Vietnam.

The project covers a land area of approximately 1.1 hectares, with a construction density of 21%, comprising two 37-storey towers and three basement levels, providing a total of 968 premium apartment units.

Construction is scheduled to commence in Q4 2025 and the project is expected to be handed over in Q1 2028.
