The Tan Thuan Wind Power Plant – Phase 3 is located in Tan Thuan Commune, Dam Doi District, Ca Mau Province, and is developed by Ca Mau Renewable Energy Investment Joint Stock Company (CMC).

The project has a designed capacity of 25 MW, consisting of four offshore wind turbines, each with a capacity of 6.25 MW. The main infrastructure components include offshore turbine foundations, 22 kV submarine cables, 22 kV overhead transmission lines connecting to the 22/110 kV Tan Thuan substation, and related support works. The project is expected to generate approximately 61.5 million kWh of electricity annually.

Construction officially commenced on October 14, 2025, and the project is expected to be operational by Q4 2026.
