The Housing Project for the People’s Public Security Forces located on plot F3, Thanh Liet Ward, Hanoi (referred to as F3 Thanh Liet) is jointly developed by the Ministry of Public Security and New Pacific Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (New Pacific).

The project covers a land area of 2,070 square meters, comprising 30 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, providing 264 apartments along with 1,000 square meters of commercial space on the podium floors.

Construction officially commenced on October 12, 2025, while the expected completion date has not yet been announced.
