The Hanoi University of Pharmacy (Campus 2 in Bac Ninh) is located in Vo Cuong Ward, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province. The project is invested by Hanoi University of Pharmacy (under the Ministry of Health) with a total investment capital of USD 57 million, utilizing concessional loans from the Korean Government under the EDCF/ODA program.

The project covers an area of approximately 20 hectares, featuring key components such as an administration building, two lecture halls, departmental buildings, a library, and dormitories.
The project has completed site clearance and is expected to finalize the contractor selection before December 31, 2025.
