The Emerald Garden View Project is located in Thuan An Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by Le Phong Group.

The project is constructed on a land area of 18,000 square meters, comprising two 25-story towers with two basement levels, offering a diverse range of products including high-end apartments, condotels, and commercial shophouses.

Construction officially commenced on October 29, 2025, and the project is expected to be completed in 2027.
