The Housing Project for the Police Force is located on land lot IA25, within the Nam Thang Long Urban Area, Phu Thuong Ward, Hanoi. The project is developed by a joint venture between Thai Nam Land JSC and the Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation (UDIC).

The project is implemented on a land area of 18,142 square meters, with a construction density of 37%, and consists of three towers ranging from 27 to 40 floors above ground, providing a total of 1,262 apartments.

The project officially broke ground on November 1, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
