The 150 Tô Hiệu Project is located on land lots OTM2-1, N2-3, and CX2-4 within block A2 at 150 Tô Hiệu Street, Trại Cau Ward, Lê Chân District, Hai Phong City. The project is developed by Hoang Huy Group (through Hoang Huy Financial Services Investment Joint Stock Company) with a total investment capital of VND 3,179 billion.

The project covers a land area of 16,180 square meters, featuring one tower with 40 above-ground floors and three basement levels, providing 1,960 apartments with a total gross floor area of 156,800 square meters.

The site clearance process is being accelerated to prepare for the construction groundbreaking.
