The Social Housing Project at Polygon 3 – Hung Thang Service Urban Area is located on land plot “Polygon 3” within the Hung Thang Service Urban Area, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province. The project is developed by Ha Long Investment – Development – Production Co., Ltd. with a total investment capital of VND 3,368 billion.

The project covers a land area of 2.97 hectares, comprising three 30-story towers (plus 2 basement levels), providing approximately 2,577 apartments — including 2,035 social housing units, 542 commercial apartments, and 15 service shophouses.

The Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee officially approved the investment policy for the project in November 2025, paving the way for its upcoming implementation.
